KPV celebrates I-Day at Muthi

Jammu, Aug 17: KP Volunteers (KPV) celebrated their maiden 74th Independence Day at community hall Muthi camp Jammu with a great patriotic and nationalistic fervor. The day was celebrated in collaboration with Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust & Volunteers of KP Ekta Bhawan TRT welfare committee Muthi lead by its President T.N Koul. The program started with flag hoisting ceremony followed by recitation of National Anthem and patriotic songs by Sharad Pandita Khah, Himanshu Pandita, Anjali Pandita, Ansuya Dassi and a group of KP children of Muthi camp. The program was compared and coordinated by Reshi Jai Krishan Raina, General Secretary, SAS Trust (Regd). On the eve of Independence Day, KPV founder Vikram Koul along with Rohit Bhat and Sushant Khajuria from KPV blood donors group made three points of blood donations to needy patients at GMC and Batra Hospital Sidra. Dignitaries from KPV who participated in the festivities were Dr. Sushil Wattal, Dr. T.K Moza, Dr. T. K Bhat ASKPC General Secretary, A.K Pandita, Kuldeep Raina, Vir Saraf. Program was attended and celebrated by large gathering from society while following Covid19 SOPs. In the end, Sh. T.N Koul, President TRT welfare committee was facilitated by KP volunteers with a shawl. Parth Raina winner in #Indians United Against Terror# poster making competition was also facilitated by KPV on the occasion. Social work of KPV frontliners was applauded by all.
