Jammu, Aug 22: A virtual debating conference of two days was successfully organised by Erudite Model United Nations in association with Jammu Sahodaya Schools Complex in the UT of J&K for CBSE schools of the Jammu region.
The highly spirited participation of 18 Renowned CBSE Schools of Jammu including Doon International School, DPS Udhampur, International Delhi Public School, JK Public School Kunjwani, Jammu Sanskriti School Jammu, KC Public School, KC International School, Model Academy School, MV International School, Spring Dales School, Banyan International School, Jodhamal Public School, Air Force School Jammu, Indian Public School, Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua , Holy Presentation Convent Rajbagh, Mount Litera Zee School Tarore and Rich Harvest School consisting of 210 delegates made this event an extraordinary by unlocking and unleashing the immense potential of each delegate.
This EMUN moved around 5 imperative and interesting topics to debate upon with the establishment of various committees which provided innumerable opportunities to all the students for showcasing their hidden potentials by enhancing and inculcating reading, debating and research skills.
This EMUN event which continued for two days was illuminated and enlightened by the benign presence of Advocate Purnima Sharma ( Dy. Mayor JMC ), Justice Permod Koli ( Ex-Chief Justice), Dr.Shankar Goenka ( International Motivational Speaker ), Dr Trilok Singh Bist ( Principal DPS Vasundara ), RJ Shewtima ( Radio Mirchi ) and Dr Pallvi Arora ( Assist. Prof. Jammu University ).
The successful conduct of the event was made possible by the meticulous and impeccable planning and diligent execution of the same with immense contribution of all the Executive Committee Members of Jammu Sahodaya including the President Pramod Kumar Srivastava ( Principal Model Academy School), General Secretary Kunal Anand (Principal DPS Udhampur). |
