CF welcomes initiative to provide relief to business sector | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 12: Citizen’s Forum has welcomed the constitution of a committee to provide relief and for the revival of business sector in Jammu and Kashmir. President of Forum, R K Chadha said that in J&K UT the revival of business required enormous funds to regenerate the closed business. “Since 5th August 2019 Government has not given any relief for economic suffering to the public till now. Though RBI and Finance Minister have come out with various concessions like rescheduling, Moratorium, restructuring, and 20% loans in the accounts but it is nothing just to save their increasing NPAs, and saving the basic strength of the Banks which are loosing their finances due to Frauds and losses. Banks are not helping the small businesses and the MSME in J&K UT”, Chadha said. Chadha further said because of un-known future due to corona virus people who are already short of funds do not want to spend and thus no business. The best way at present is to invite investors from outside who are ready to invest in Jammu in the beginning, call a meeting and give them assurance that it is safe, and all facilities will be provided under single window by the government to start their projects, Chadha said. |
