JAMMU, Oct 8: Activists of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena here today under the leadership of their president Ashok Gupta took out a protest rally against the non-availability of corona profile test in Jammu Addressing the protesters, Ashok Gupta took strong exception to non-availability of corona profile test in Jammu while it is available in Kashmir which has led to the reduction in the death rate of Covid infected patients. He further stated that the other districts of Jammu division like Rajouri, Poonch, Kathua, Reasi, Samba have been facing acute shortage of doctors as all the doctors have been shifted to the GMC Bakshi Nagar over the scrutiny faced by the hospital since past couple of days. Due to the lack of the doctors in the districts hospitals all the patients are being referred to the GMC Jammu which resulted in problems for the patient. Gupta appealed to the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha for making available the regent in Jammu so that the tracking of the COVID can be started and deaths of the people can be bought down. Bachchan, Krishan, Fauji, Brij, Kunal, Prem, Rampal, Bikas, Satpal, Abhishek and various others were also present in the protest. |
