| Tajinder demands LG’s intervention in Fire Services list | | |

Jammu, Oct 8: Highlighting the concerns of educated youth in the context of recent selection of personnel in the fire and emergency services department, social activist Tajinder Singh convened a meeting of social activists and sought intervention of LG to personally monitor this case.
He appealed that in the meantime the selection list of drivers and firemen should be kept on hold. Moreover, stern legal action as per law against all those playing with the careers of the meritorious youth shall be taken.
He underlined that such action while reposing the trust of educated youth on one hand will also act as deterrence for those who are in the habit of promoting nepotism and favouritism in their daily routine.
While interacting with media, Tajinder Singh expressed full faith in the methodology of LG work and hope that their concern would be heeded to in order to augment the agenda of good governance. |
