Amid minor administrative reshuffle, Govt transfers 5 IAS officers

Srinagar, Oct 9: In a recent official order, the Government of Jammu & Kashmir gave approval a for minor administrative rejig involving the transfer and posting of five IAS officers in the Union Territory.
Bipul Pathak has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Science & Technology department with the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department and CEO, Jammu & Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA).
Shailendra Kumar has been given the charge of Principal Secretary – Public Works (R&B) Department.
M Raju has been appointed as Secretary – Jal Shakti Department. Raju will also hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary – Estates and Civil Aviation Departments.
Simrandeep Singh Administrative Secretary – Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction is also holding the additional charge of Administrative Secretary – Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and also the charge of Secretary, Public Grievances. Singh has been further allotted the additional charge of Administrative Secretary – Planning Development and Monitoring Department, IT Department and CEO, Jammu & Kashmir e-Governance Agency (JaKeGA).
Sarmad Hafeez Administrative Secretary – Youth Services and Sports Department has been given the additional charge of Administrative Secretary – Tourism and Culture Departments.
