Sat Sharma inaugurates Ayushman Bharat registration camp

JAMMU, Oct 13: With the intention to provide best accessible healthcare medical facilities to the people of Karan Nagar Ward No. 9, Corporator Suneet Raina continued the registration camp for the eighth day for Ayushman Bharat Yojana Scheme at Nariyana Mohalla of the concerned Ward.
The registration camp was inaugurated by former Minister Sat Sharma. The scheme offers coverage of up to Rs. 5 lakh per family per year for secondary and tertiary hospitalization care.
“The Central Government scheme is one of the biggest healthcare schemes in the world, Ayushman Bharat Yojana aims to cover most of the medical treatment costs, medicines, diagnostics and pre-hospitalization expenses,” Raina said.
Additionally, the Corporator said that scheme provides cashless hospitalization services through the Ayushman Bharat Yojana golden e-card which you can be used to get healthcare services at any of the empanelled hospitals across the nation.
He stated that any person can visit these Centers and can avail the benefits initiated by our hard working PM for betterment of the common man.
He said that majority of the deserving population in areas of the Ward No 9 have been covered under the Healthcare scheme and rest would be registered in the coming days.
Sat Sharma while appreciating the Corporator, Suneet Raina for organizing the camp said that the scheme initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi proved to be a game changer for India’s health system and now every person can avail treatment in best hospitals across the country which was a dream before for needy people.
All Central sponsored schemes were to be implemented at grass root level in every noon and corner of J&K which would further provide benefits to thousands of residents, Sat added.
Sanjita Dogra, President BJP Mahila Morcha J&K), Executive member of district MM, Chander Rekha, Munish Khajuria BJP district president, Raveesh Mengi, President Janipur Mandal, Asha Gupta, Radha Sharma, BJP Janipur Mandal secretary Kamini Gupta, Sangeeta Verma and Sanjay Bhat were also present.
