Jammu, Nov 4: Govt. Boys Hr. Secondary School Allah (Arnia) organized various activities to commemorate the 151st birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
The celebrations were initiated on 2. of October 2020 with a pledge to maintain Swachhata and were followed by organizing plantation drive, essay writing competition, yoga, slogan writings and painting competition on scheduled dates as per the action plan of school management.
Students were advised to adopt the philosophy, working and teachings of great man. The feelings of patriotism, nationalism and love for the motherland was also shared among the students and the staff by remembering the Prime Minister of independent India Lal Bahadur Shastri on his birth anniversary.
All the activities were done with great enthusiasm and passion by following the proposed SOP’s for Covid-19 during the month. The participants who performed and gave their best were honored and awarded by the school management. |
