JAMMU, Dec 7: Gandhi Global Family J&K, Indian Systems of Medicine, J&K Govt and Green India Foundation today organised 185th Covid-19 Medical cum Awareness Camp was organised in the premises of Govt. Super Speciality Hospital, Jammu where AYUSH Immunity Boosting medicines were provided to doctors, medical staff, Safai Karamcharis and general public through the expert team of doctors, following the guidelines issued by the local administration.
The camp was dedicated to GGF Advisor and living legend General Retd. Goverdhan Singh Jamwal.
Dr.Arun Sharma, Medical Superintendent, Govt. Super Speciality Hospital inaugurated the camp in the presence of senior advocate V.K. Magoo, Sardar Jaswinder Singh Kukoo, Dr. Prem Sharma, Kawla Singh, Former Director, Geology - Mining, Chodhary Kamal Singh, Younis Mattoo, Honorary Capt. Surjeet Singh Chib, Jitender Kour, Dinesh Gupta, Former Secretary, Red Cross, Col. Retd. S.S. Kaushal, Bashir Ahmad Sheikh, Danial Nair, Saroon Nayer, Eng. S.K. Vaid, Arshad Chodhary, Sahul Nair, Robin Nair, Vicky, Lucky Chida, Amar Moman and dozens of serving doctors.
Over 470 people were attended by Dr. Sukhpreet Kour, MO and Dr. Shifali Sharma, MO and pharmacist Nishad Khajuria. Earlier, awareness on Covid-19 was also conducted by the team of ISM Doctors. GGF J&K President Padmashri Dr S P Varma expressed his gratitude to Dr. Mohan Singh, Director ISM J&K and Dr. Suresh Sharma-ADMO, Jammu for deputing a competent team of doctors and providing free AYUSH medicines for boosting the immunity of front line warriors, the Safai Karamcharis. |
