DODA, Dec 11: The Phase-6 District Development Council election Zonal, Sector Magistrates & Micro Observers were today briefed about role, responsibilities by the District Election Authority Doda,
During the meeting, the Master Trainer, Trainer Fayaz Ahmed Mehta briefed the Zonal, Sectoral Magistrates about their role and responsibilities in the election process. He instructed them to follow instructions of ECI in letter and spirit.
The Master Trainer also instructed duty magistrates to update the District Election Authority about the latest positions on law & order and stay vigilant during the election process.
He also stressed upon timely update of issues if any and submission of desired information well in time.
The zonal magistrates were also directed to ensure close check on the violation of Model Code of Conduct and ensure observance of the SOPs to avoid the risk of COVID19 infection.
The Micro Observers to keenly observe the entire election process at the allotted polling stations on the day of poll and to fill all the required information in the given format which shall be handed over to the concerned Election Observer for further reporting.
