JAMMU, Dec 19: The protest of Jagti Tenement Committee, Soan Kashmir Front J&K entered 79th today in support of their demands are resolved said its president Shadi Lal pandita President.
Addressing the members Pandita said the election Commission Should Correct the voter lists of Kashmiri Pandit voters because of that many names are still missing in our voter lists should be Corrected and also old, newly voters of our community should be included in the voter lists. Pandita said the government Should make a voter Card for every Kashmiri Pandit Voter , So that kashmiri Pandit can get their right to vote in the upcoming elections. pandita said that more than 60,000 Kashmiri pandit voters have not yet been issued voter cards their voter cards should be made as soon as possible. Pandita Said," We have been protesting in Jagti township for 79th days but the government is not meeting our demands. We would like to inform the state and centre government that the monthly cash Relief of kashmiri migrant relief holders is very low however, since 2014, there has been a lot of inflation.pandita Said," that the monthly cash relief of relief holders should be increased from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000 for per family per month immediately. |
