AIMCCC working comittee holds meet, lists demands

JAMMU, Dec 20: A working committee meeting of AIMCCC organisation was held today at Jagti township under the chairmanship of B.K. Raina. The agenda of the meeting which was throughly discussed viz a viz why Government is not serious to solve problems of KP migrants who have been facing the brunt of migration since the date they were thrown out of valley in 1990.
We are crying to release our balance exgratia for our houses and other properties which were gutted, demaged, and destroyed in the last 30 years of militancy .
While addressing the meeting, convenor Desh Rattan lambasted the administration of Jammu and Kashmir union territory for the discrimination meted out with KP migrants since their migration from valley.He said we demand to implement all centrally sponsored schemes and also we demand compensation for KP migrant overaged youth who could not get jobs during migration period due to failure of govts ,Desh Rattan added.
Besides he demanded a separate budget for KP migrants , Desh Rattan further added.
We are drinking impure water at Jagti township but govt govt has not any interest to install the borewells here despite having sufficient funds available to the purposes,he further added.
They in an appeal urged the administration of Jammu and Kashmir to take up the burning issues of Kashmiri Pandit migrants for quick redressal other wise AIMCCC will be holding nationwide protests against the government.
In today's meeting two youth and two women also joined the organization who were garlanded by B.K.Raina and P.N.Jalali.
Others who spoke in the meeting today include P.N Jalali, vice president, J.L.Raina, secretary, Anjili Tikoo, ladies incharge, Satish Kumar Koul sr.leader AIMCCC organisation, Rajinder Pandita,sr.leader, Deepak Kumar Raina,youth leader and Daljeet Singh.
