| GDC Ramgarh organizes extension lecture | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 24: To provide Psycho-social support and counselling to students and society at large for their Mental Health and well- being GDC Ramgarh organised an online extension Lecture on the topic "Anger Management Techniques" under the institution of "Manodarpan" on 24-12-2020.
The "Manodarpan" an initiative is implemented by Higher Education Department of J&K UT under the leadership of Janab Talat Parvej Rohella, worthy Commissioner Secretary, Govt. of J& K, Psychological Cell. On the occasion, Prof. (Dr) Meeru Abrol Principal of the College in her welcome address highlighted that anger can either by constructive or destructive. She also said, many times. Most of us get high jacked by anger get eruptive. sometime we suppress anger and it leads to physiological problem in body
Prof. (Dr) Prabhjot Kour, Assistant Prof. Psychology, Govt. College of Education Jammu was the resource person of the online event, She enlighten the students about various anger related problems and techniques to successfully deal with them. She stressed that we should remain calm in all situation. Prof. Seema Sharma convener Psychological Counseling Cell organised the event and the event was formally concluded by Prof. Risha Kumari by presenting the vote of thanks. |
