AKHNOOR, Dec 28: In on going Shaheed Lieutenant Thakur Dass Memorial Cricket Tournament at Govt Hr. Sec. School Akhnoor today the match was played between Friends Cricket Club Akhnoor and All Stars C.C. Jourian.
All Starts Cricket Club won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first F.C.C. scored 116/10 in 20 overs. Sunil Govil 21, Amit Singh 25, Shubham Singh 15 were top scorers from FCC. From All stars Jourian Akash got 4 Wickets Sawan and Rahul Sharma shared 2 Wickets each while Raghuraj Singh & Robbin shared 1 Wickets each.
All Stars Cricket Club Jourian chased 122/3 in 16 overs. Rahul Sharma 54 (26), Robbin 26 (22) Not out, Mannu 19 (26) not out. From F.C.C. Akhnoor Shubham Singh got 2 Wickets while Vipin got 1 Wicket.
All Stars Cricket Club Jourian beat F.C.C. Akhnoor by 7 Wickets and entered in the Quarter final.
Rahul Sharma from ALL Stars was declared man of the match.
Dayal Singh & Vikas Bali were Umpires. Sushil Gupta & Raman Sharma were scorers. Tournament is being organized By Akhnoor sports Club under the overall supervision Kr S. S. Langeh (Gen Secy District Jammu JKCA).
