Three family members die due to asphyxiation in Nehalpora Pattan

BARAMULLA, Jan 5: Three members of a family were found dead under mysterious conditions in Nehalpora area of Pattan in this north Kashmir district on Tuesday morning. According to sources that three members of a family were found dead under mysterious conditions at their home in Nehalpora. Soon after locals found that three family members have died in a mysterious conditions they informed the police, who reached the spot immediately, said sources. The official said that head of the family Mohammad Maqbool Lone along with his wife and son were found dead at their home and may have died of suffocation. The deceased were identified as Mohammad Maqbool Lone s/o Ab Khaliq Lone 50, his wife Haseena Begum and his Son Talib Maqbool lone r/o Nehalpora Pattan. According to locals the family did not wake up today Morning due to witch neighbours entered the house to enquire where they found them dead Locals said that there was electric heater in the room due to which it is seems they have died due to Suffocation. Sources said that soon after this incident a police party reached the spot and they were ascertaining the cause of their death. "The bodies were taken to the nearby hospital in Pattan for autopsy and further probe has been initiated regarding the same, sources informed early times. They said that, cause of the death was not immediately known, but it seems that they have died due to suffocation as all the entry points were closed due to serve cold. However, it is also learnt that a 76-year old tourist from Tamil Nadu died of cardiac arrest at world famous ski-resort, Gulmarg on Monday. The deceased was identified as Kashturi wife of Rthanaelu resident of Chennai Tamil Nadu, who was staying at Hotel Royal Park, Gulmarg. An official told that the lady was rushed to PHC Gulmarg where from she was referred to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Tangmarg where doctors declared her brought dead on arrival. "The deceased has Asthmatic history and due to staying in snow bound hilly areas in frozen temperatures, she suffered heart attack and died, said an official.
