Advisor Bhatnagar meets several deputations, individuals
Assured them timely redressal of genuine grievances

JAMMU, Feb 3: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, today met scores of delegations and individuals at the Civil Secretariat here.
The delegations and individuals apprised the Advisor of their issues and demands and sought an early resolution for the same.
A deputation of JK Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) raised several issues related to welfare of employees in the Jammu and Kashmir. They demanded immediate release of salaries and regularisation of left out RETs. They also demanded removal of pay anomalies in various departments, enhancement of wages and regularisation of NRHM employees, regularisation of employees working on Hospital Development Fund and release of pending salaries in favour of JKRTC employees.
Another delegation of unemployed ISM Doctors Association demanded one time age relaxation for applying to the posts of Bridge course under NHM scheme.
Similarly, a deputation of Land Donors to Health Department demanded engagement in the department under SRO-520.
A delegation of locals from Block Panthal, Reasi raised several issues pertaining to development of their area with the Advisor. They demanded inclusion of interior roads of their villages in NABARD scheme besides other developmental works.
Another deputation of JK RET Teachers Forum Kishtwar demanded separate Education zone for Dachann area and upgradation of Govt. Girls High School, Nowpachi to Higher Secondary level. They also demanded VSAT connectivity of all schools of Kishtwar district.
Similarly, a delegation of Land Donors of Jal Shakti department demanded formal engagement in the department. Likewise, delegation of locals of Marwah led by DDC Councillor demanded separate medical block for Dachhan and also filling of vacant posts for CHC Marwah.
Besides these delegations, several individuals from Jammu, Srinagar, Budgam, Rajouri, Pulwama, Anantnag, Pahalgam, Doda, Kishtwar and other areas raised several issues with the Advisor and sought immediate redressal of the same.
Advisor Bhatnagar listened to each of them patiently and while responding to the issues and concerns of delegations and individuals, assured them that all of their genuine issues and demands will be redressed on priority.
