| Maduri Raina extends helping hand to orphan children at Pounichak | | |

JAMMU, Feb 5: Dry ration was today distributed among the needy and poor children at Drishti Janak Madha Kanya Chattrawas girls hostel in Pounichak. The ration kits were distributed to more than 25 girls by social activist Maduri Raina.
Raina a social activist who is also a model and actress visited the premises at Pounichak and distributed Dry ration which included Rice, Atta, Dall and fruits among the children putting there.
These are the girls who have lost their families in militancy and they from Jammu , Kashmir Ladakh besides from other areas of the country like Patna. She also spent some time with them and listened to their problems and promised them that she will help them in future also.
Incharge of the hostel, Dwarka Nath extended her gratitude towards the Social Activist and thanked Madhuri Raina for her initiative and support.
Dwarka said that he is trying to provide each and every facility like food, stay, cloth and education; however it is really difficult for him to manage things.
“People like Madhuri Raina when come forward for the help it really gives these children a great support,” he added.
Madhuri Raina appealed to the concerned Administration, All NGOs and LT Governor to look into the matter and provide these children the basic facilities. “These orphan children have already lost their families and need government and public support for their survival,” she added.
