| Delegation of JKSEECC, JKGTF call on DSE Jammu, project demands | | |

Jammu, Feb 5: A delegation of J K School Education Employees Co Ordination Committee (JKSEECC), Incharge Lecturers Forum and J K Govt. Teachers forum (JKGTF) led by its Chairman Amar Nath Thakur called on Anuradha Gupta Director School Education Jammu and submitted her two separate memorandums of burning demands.
As per press release, the members of association raised issues of transfers of lecturers, ZEOs headmasters , masters and teachers , DPC of teacher to masters ,filling of vacant posts of headmasters, release of all pending liabilities of 7th Pay Commission of head teachers and Ret teachers ,transfers of RET teachers and opening of school clubbed in the past, regularization of all non teaching staff I/c Lib , Lab, jr.,sr.head assistants , confirmation of all teaching and non teaching staff who have completed two years of initial service or promotion in the non gazette cadres.
Other memorandum submitted to her was pertaining to regularization of all incharge gazetted cadres being a member of DPC committee .
All the demands were discussed in detail. After hearing all the demands Director said that transfers of lecturers, headmasters masters and teachers would be effected after 7th Feb 2021 and choices given would be taken in to consideration , 60 masters would be promoted as headmasters, confirmation order of all non gazetted cadres would be issued in a couple of days , DPC teachers to masters would be done after finalization of seniority at district level then divisional level and objections would be sought again after compilation of data and as per vacancies of masters available in Jammu division, and it would take three to four months as no one deserving should be left, pending liability of all head teachers and Ret teachers since 2016 would be released once CEOs submit the list of teachers and their required amount by name as sufficient funds are available , DPC of non gazetted cadres, lib. Assistants would be done after receiving vig. clearance and their service sheets for regularization would be issued to all CEOs. |
