| President Rajput Sabha visits Gurha Chhabalian, discusses community’s issues | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 14: Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha President visited Gurha Chhabalian Jammu today and interacted with Rajput Sabha members there.
President Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, Kr. Narayan Singh held a meeting of Rajput Community at Sabha Bhawan Gurha Chhabalian to discuss various issues confronting the community. A large number of Biradri members were present in the meeting.
The president advised members to establish a library in the Bhawan and Central Sabha will assist financially. Kr. Narayan Singh in his address stressed to minimize the expenditure on 13th day, Barkhi and Choubarsis and similarly gave thrust to curtail the strength of marriage party members and cut expenditure on dowry. Preferably the dowry system should be done away completely, he added. He advised all to provide good education to the children to face competition in the coming days. He asked the youth of the community to help each other, maintain unity, avoid drugs and behave like a true Rajput. B.S Jamwal General Secretary and R.S Jasrotia Secretary Central Sabha were also present on the occasion.
