Jammu, Mar 16: Chander Mohan Gupta Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation alongwith Dinesh Gupta councilor of ward no.18 on behalf of Narayan Sewa Sansthan Udaipur distributed wheel chairs to the physically handicapped individuals at Narayan Sewa Jammu Branch office Sarwal.
Jagdish Raj Gupta President, Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Vice president, Subash Chander Gupta General Secretary as well as other members of Narayan Sewa Jammu and prominent inhabitants of the locality were also remained present there. Mayor was apprised by the members of the organization that Narayan Sewa Jammu branch distributes ration, provides financial help, wheel chairs, woolen clothes and various other essential items to the physically handicapped & needy persons in every calendar year so that they can live a respectful life and donot feel themselves isolated from the society. Mayor appreciated the initiatives taken by them for the betterment of these physically handicapped persons by the Narayan Sewa Jammu and also assure that every possible step will also be taken by the Jammu Municipal Corporation to provide more assistance especially for these downtrodden persons and also appeal to the various Non-Govt. organizations and prominent citizens of Jammu to come forward and donate as much as possible for the uplifting of these individuals.
