| Plus 2 Lectures Association hails Edu deptt | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 17: All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association have hailed the Administrative Secretary School Education Department BK Singh for the untiring efforts to place 1700 Lecturers as Sr Lecturers. It's a history that till today no such a big list of placement has been released since 1976 the inception of plus 2 Cadre.
The Association which met under the Presidentship of Dr Prithvi Paul Raina alongwith all Executive Council members. Rajeev Kumar Sharma ,Narinder Kumar Sharma,Kapil Bangotra Sanjeev Kumar ,all the members hailed the decision of the very capable and honest Officer who selflessly works for the SED to set the right all wrong doings till date and for this purpose All J&K Plus2 Officers Association backs and will back all the decisions of the team SED including DSEJ Anuradha Gupta and DSEK Mohd Younis Malik . Also the Association listed other demands and a memorandum was presented to Administrative Secretary on the occasion. These include ACP to Plus 2 Lecturers cader @ 6600,7600 and 8700 be sanctioned and released as per the other counter parts in all other Departments getting since long. About 2456 Lecturers needed to be placed as Sr Lecturers as per SRO 481, 1/ 3 rd sanctioned strength of Lecturers 10970 equal to 3656 but we are having only 1200 Sr Lecturers at present out of 3000 as per lists upto 2013,( 1800 already got promoted and working as incharge Principals at different places since long ) .Remiining 750 be placed at an earliest alongwith all left out cases. Filling up of all Vacant positions in School Education Department through promotions ( Lecturers to Jt Directors) in a time bound manner as so many deserved persons are superannuating every month after serving on the same post/position/ status for more than 20 years.
Sanction and release of Charge allowance in favor of all promoted Lecturers till date as they have been dislocated from their places of postings and got adjusted as per the requirements of the subjects in different Higher Secondary schools in their own pay and grade. |
