JAMMU, Mar 23: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association (JKATA) called on Director Agriculture, Jammu, K K Sharma here today at Krishi Bhawan, Talab Tillo. While interacting with the Director, the JKATA delegation highlighted various core issues and grievance of AEAs.
The delegation demanded to conduct pure DPC of AEAs to JAEOs and clubbing inter-se-seniority of AEAs of both divisions of J&K UT by implementing SRO - 442 in letter and spirit.
It also demanded inclusion of 7, 8 & 9 years of service rendered by AEAs since 2007 on pattern of SRO 202
Deputation led by Dr Surinder Radotra and comprising committee of JKATA said that DPC is important for all the employers. Its procedure should be same for everyone.
DPC of AEA cadre should be conducted within a stipulated time frame. They should also be promoted on the basis of inchargeship.
There should not be any partiality in promotion/DPC within the cadres of same department. Prakash Vir Singh, Ravikant, Vikas Gupta, Adarsh Thaploo, Amit Gupta, Charanjit Singh , Vishal Kumar and others were also present.
