| Medical Camp held at MV International School | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 23: Ayush Medical Camp was organized at MV International School today. Padamshree S P Varma, Vice President Gandhi Global Family (GGF), Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion. The camp was organized under the supervision of Dr Vikram Singh Jamwal, District Ayush Officer, ISM Department, Samba, along with a team of Medical Officers and Pharmacists. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Gourav Abrol, Director MV International School and social activist Guneet Singh. Nearly 500 people, comprising of staff and students of MV International School attended the programme.
SP Varma addressed the congregation and disclosed that GGF has organized 300 camps during this COVID time, he shared his experiences and raised awareness about the importance of boosting immunity to fight this deadly pandemic. Dr Vikram Singh Jamwal discussed about the efforts of Ayush Ministry, wherein they have been distributing immunity booster medicines to people of all age groups. He informed the gathering to stay cautious against rumors and to take medicines after seeking advice from registered medical practitioners only. Medical Officers Dr. Ranju Bhran and Dr. Nikhil Mahajan along with Pharmists Narinder Kumar and Parmjeet Kour were also present during the occasion. Immunity boosters were distributed to the teaching, non-teaching staff and students, during the camp.
