Jammu, Mar 24: Concluding with ongoing series of events under "Healthy Rural India", today “Mission Humanity First" concluded the finale of “Shaheed Bhagat Singh volleyball Tournament” at Mansar.
The final was played between Mansar Little Champs and Mansar Legends. Mansar Little Champs emerged as winner and Mansar Legends were runner ups respectively.
The event was concluded by, Tilak Raj Bhardwaj , DySP Samba Headquarters accompanied by S. Amandeep Singh Boparai , Chairman Mission Humanity First , Lalit Khajuria Senior Journalist , Chandan Dutta Social Activist and Adv Amit Sharma DDC Councillor Majalta .
In above said Volleyball tournament, 8 teams from across Mansar and Udhampur had participated and the matches were played in a highly professional manner.
Amandeep Singh Boparai explained about the intention behind organizing the tournament in the memory of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, who had supreme sacrifice of his life for the nation during freedom struggle of Independence.
Supinder Deep Singh Bakshi, General Secretary MHF, Ajay Kumar State Secretary MHF, Avinjeet singh , Mohinder Sharma Ex Naib Sarpanch, Ex Sub Bal Krishan were among other dignitaries who witnessed the occasion. |
