Jammu, Mar: Chenab Valley Super kings, Rajouri Sunrisers and Chenab Raiders registered win by defeating their rivals in the ongoing Zonal Level T20 Cricket Cup for the Under-19 boys Jammu which is being organized by Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu under the Civic Action Programme of J&K Police at KC Sports Club.
Today in the first match , Chenab Valley Superkings defeated Rawi Tawi Warriors by 7 wickets. Batting first Rawi Tawi Warriors scored 92 runs for the loss of all wickets in the allotted 16 overs match. Kawalpreet Singh 27 and Aqib 18 were the main scorers. From the bowling side Aftab took 4 important wickets while Rayees and Umar shared 1 wicket .
In reply Chenab Valley Super kings chased the target in 15.1 wovers by losing 3 wickets thus won the match by 3 wickets. Owais 42 runs and Waseem 32 runs were the main scorers. From the bowling side Vishal took 2 wickets while Aqib took 1 wicket for his team. Owais was declared man of the match for his brilliant batting.
In another match, Rajouri Sunrisers defeated UR Superkings by 7 wickets. Batting UR Superkings scored 61 runs in 10.6 overs by losing all wickets with Nikhil 16 runs and Rahul 10 runs. From the bowling side Sahil took 4 wickets while Umar Lone took 2 wickets. In reply Rajouri Sunrisers chased the target in 9 overs by 3 wickets thus won the match by 7 wickets. Magar Shah scored 19 runs and Piyush made 17 runs . From the bowling side Akhil took 2 wickets while vansh took 1 wicket. Sahil from Rajouri Sunrisers was declared man of the match for his brilliant bowling spell.
In another match Chenab Raiders defeated JSK Strikers by 2 runs. Batting first Chenab Raiders made 97 runs by losing all wickets in 17.3 overs. Adnan 18 runs and Arbaz 17 runs were the main scorers for Chenab Raiders. From the JSK strikers Anubav took 4 wickets,Abay took 3 wickets, While Sourav and Archit took 1 wicket each.
In reply JSK Strikers could not chased the target and bundled out for 95 runs by losing all wickets thus lost the match by 2 runs.Nihkil made 33 runs while Vinayak and Abay contributed 20 and 16 runs for the JSK Strikers. From the bowling side Umar shafi took 2 important wickets, Sajit Shah and Adnan shared 1 wicket each. Umar Shafi declared man of the match.
