| GDC Vijaypur celebrates Dr. B.R Ambedkar’s Jayanti | | |

Vijaypur, Apr 15: GDC Vijaypur celebrated 130th birth anniversary of Dr. B. R Ambedkar and paid tributes to the chief architecture of Indian Constitution by organizing a Symposium on the theme “Contribution of Dr. B.R Ambedkar in Indian Society”
The Programme began with the welcome address of Sunil Kumar Mangoch, Asssistant Professor , Deptt. Of Dogri. He threw light on the life of Dr. B. R Ambedkar and his immense contribution in the framing of Indian Constitution.
A number of students participated in the symposium and presented their views about the philosophy of Dr. BabaSahab Ambedkar.
A short documentary on the life and contribution of Dr. B. R Ambedkar was also shown to the students. The programme was held under the able guidance of Sangeeta Sudan, Principal, GDC Vijaypur .
She talked about the role of Dr. Ambedkar in the development of nation and congratulated the participants and the organizers for making the event a grand success. |
