Early Times Report

R S Pura, Apr 18: Conspiracy of a policeman to frame a man in a fake rape case got exposed after the alleged victim stated that the man had done nothing wrong.
According to the sources, "A policeman in order to settle his personal score with the man used his relative to frame him in a fake case".
“The policeman as a part of the plan invited the senior citizen for lunch to a hotel where he called an unknown girl and asked him to drop her at her place.
When the citizen took the girl to drop at her residence, a very close relative of the cop lodged a written complaint at police station Bishnah whereas his concerned police station was Miran Sahib.
Without investigation police lodged FIR under sections 376/366/IPC at police station Bishnah within minutes of the complaint by a person who was unknown for the girl and was a very close relative of a policeman,” sources claimed.
They said that the complainant alleged that the girl was staying on rent at his house.
Everyone was shocked when the alleged victim girl took a U- turn and said, "The citizen had not done any unlawful act with her which exposed the conspiracy of the cop.”
The citizen against whom the complaint was lodged said, "The CCTV footage and call details should be investigated by senior police officers. There are many other matters in Jammu and Kashmir in which some policemen have framed innocent citizens in such grim offenses.”
He said, "SSP Jammu and SDPO Bishnah Shabir Khan had helped him to save his honour. Senior officers played a vital role to bring truth to fore.”
