DC Kathua reviews COVID-19 mitigation measures

KATHUA, May 20:-To review COVID-19 mitigation measures, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, Rahul Yadav today chaired a meeting of concerned officers here at Conference Hall of DC office complex.
ADC Kathua Atul Gupta; ACR, Tehsildar HQ, Incharge Officers of Covid related duties attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the working of Control Rooms, Daily reporting about oxygen cylinders and isolation beds in different hospitals, monitoring and reporting regarding daily penalties/FIR for non-compliance of COVID-19 SOPs, Monitoring and Reporting of Sampling /Testing/Vaccination and Monitoring and Reporting regarding Micro Containment Zones, Contact tracing and COVID-19 related deaths.
The DC directed the concerned officers to share daily reporting of oxygen cylinders, penalties/FIR for non-compliance of COVID-19 SOPs, sampling/testing /vaccination, COVID positivity rate and the Micro Containment Zones of the district share with his office so that necessary measures could be taken to address the issues, if any well in time .
He further directed the officers to gather, prepare and maintain the data base of everything related to COVID-19 pandemic.
He asked the officers to check the Containment Zones and market areas along with Tehsildar to get first hand information of ground situation for better understanding and implementation of mitigation measures in a better way.
The DC stressed upon the officers to ensure strict enforcement of COVID-19 SOPs in the declared Containment Zones of the District besides contact tracing for early detection, isolation, and medical treatment of the COVID patients.
