Veterinary pharmacist possesses fake qualification certificate, alleges whistle blower
‘School records of class 5 to 9 missing’
5/20/2021 11:54:16 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, May 20: A veterinary pharmacist of Animal Husbandry Department, who did not continue his studies after class 4th has suspiciously passed class 10th exam.
A complaint in this regard has been forwarded to Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat for an enquiry by a whistleblower.
“Information received under RTI Act, from the school he studied, revealed that he didn’t continue his study after 4th class. But he managed 10th certificate, without appearing 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th classes. However, information sought from the Animal Husbandry Department provided 1st and 2nd pages of the service book of the official and also provided his regularization order”, said the whistleblower.
“The family members of the veterinary pharmacist, who is presently posted in Samba district, had served in the Civil Secretariat with some senior bureaucrats (most of them are retired now). And using their links in the power corridor. They paved way for their brother’s induction into the government service”, the whistleblower alleged.
“Some government teachers have also helped the veterinary pharmacist to get the certificate. He cannot even write a hundred words easy on his own. How a class 4th pass person was allowed to take an exam for the class 10th that too at High School Khour. Both School Education and Animal Husbandry Departments should conduct a probe, as the official has tampered his signature on the service book,” the whistleblower alleged.
“I have obtained details of his qualification from the school where he studied and I have also obtained a copy of his service book. Some officials of the Education Department and Animal Husbandry Department the service book of the Veterinary Pharmacist has been intentionally damaged,” he said, adding, “Ink has been poured on the service book of the official.”
“Animal Husbandry Department should reconstruct his service book”, he added.
