Kishtwar police presses drone into service to detect Corona lockdown violations

Kishtwar May 24: In an unprecedented series of events, Kishtwar police today put hi-tech drone into service to detected Corona lockdown violations.

As per the details available with Early Times, SSP Kishtwar himself flew the drone at Bus Stand Kishtwar and checked the successful flying and landing of the drone. The decision was taken after reports of mass scale Corona lockdown violations were reported from interior areas of Kishtwar town and its adjoining areas.

Some people also complained about the huge rush of people at famous picnic spot at uphill Kishtwar town height commonly known as Kalamsatar. The officials said that SSP Kishtwar had issued necessary directions to all the police officials to act tough against COVID Lockdown violators.

The drone available with Kishtwar police is said to be fitted with high tech HD cameras and can travel to two and half kilometers. Police said that they are making every effort to safeguard the lives of common people as well as to prevent the spread of COVID disease in Kishtwar District.
