| BMS demand for releasing funds for education assistances under JKBOCWWB | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 27: Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh J&K has appealed to LG Manoj Sinha and advisor Farroq Khan who is the chairman JKBOCWWB that education assistances cases laying with assistant labour commissioner office in all the districts as J&K Building construction workers welfare board has not released the require funds for the year 2020-21 and poor workers are waiting for financial help which needs immediate intervention. Further it is also demanded that industrial workers are working in factories and there is no provision has been made for giving preference to industrial workers for vaccination as hundreds of workers are working in the factories but no any drive has been initiated by the Labour department or ESIC who is responsible for workers health care. BMS also demands that anganwadi workers be also declared as front liner warrior as they are doing their duties during this pandemic said Harbans Choudhary senior leader of BMS. |
