Kishtwar Admin ropes in PRI members in process of decentralisation of health care facility in rural areas

KISHTWAR, May 27: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma today continued his inspection spree of Panchayat level Covid Care centres falling in the jurisdiction of block Thakrie and block Palmar. He also interacted with the concerned PRI members and prominent persons of the areas and solicited their cooperation in the efficient functioning of these centres.
He was accompanied by BDC chairman Thakrie, Kishori Lal Shan; BDC chairperson Palmar, Lalita Devi; DDC member Thakrie, Sharifa Begum; DDC members Palmar, Tahir Masood; Tehsildar Kishtwar Pramood Kumar; Chief Medical Officer, Dr R S Manhas, besides concerned BDOs, BMOs, sarpanches and panches.
While interacting with the concerned PRI members and officers, he stressed on them to work in synergy to identify, enlist and mobilise the COVID positive patients lacking home isolation facilities into these designated centres for proper Management and medical care.
Meanwhile tehsildar Kishtwar apprised the DC about the current status of vaccination drive launched for the persons above 45 yrs in the twin blocks.
