Sanitization-cum-fogging drive conducted 6/2/2021 11:30:49 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 2: A sanitization-cum-fogging drive was conducted in Ward No 20 of Gandhi Nagar area here today with an aim to contain the spread of Covid -19. Interacting with the people of the area, Corporator Rahul Kumar said that keeping in view the seriousness of the pandemic situation there is a dire need to ramp up the initiatives towards keeping the homes and surrounding environment clean. He stressed upon the need to intensify the sanitation drives as it would help in preventing the spread of the dreaded virus. Amid Covid-19 pandemic, cleanliness in the surrounding is a necessity and these lains, bylanes and drainage system should be kept neat and clean, Corporator said and added that this sanitation drive was conducted to combat spread of coronavirus. “Together we can fight the pandemic.” Corporator Kumar appealed to all the people and residents of Ward No 20 to adhere to all Covid-19 SOPs and follow the guidelines and instruction issued by the administration from time to time to stay safe and help in containment of the deadly virus.
