PHE employees support voters of particular party, allege Dalhan residents 6/2/2021 11:33:25 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, June 2: People of border village Dalhan have accused PHE employees for supporting voters of a particular party and have destroyed the pipe line of others. Sources informed that there is political representative who is backing his voters with the help of some employees of PHE department. It is pertinent to mention that Junior Engineer of the department was beaten up by a party when he visited the spot to look into the matter. The victim’s party whose water supplying pipe line has been destroyed have said that they have appealed Lieutenant Governor and Divisional Commissioner of Jammu to intervene into the matter and direct Poonch police to lodge FIR against culprits under different relevant sections of law and take action against them. Junior Engineer has also urged for strict action against law violator.
