| Corporator Amit Gupta kicks starts blacktopping work in Ward 19 | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 8: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Corporator Amit Gupta today kick started blacktopping work at Ward No 19. The blacktopping work was inaugurated by Amit Gupta in presence of prominent citizens of Ward 19.
Later, Amit Gupta along with AEE and JE also visited Ward-19 and its surrounding localities, met with the locals, who put forth various issues of public importance such as construction/renovation of pending lanes and drains, blacktopping of the main roads as well as interior lanes, etc.
Amit Gupta gave them a patient hearing and assured them that all their genuine demands be redressed in a time-bound manner.
"Black topping and renovation of road is in progress so as to prevent any inconvenience to the people of the ward", he said.
The people thanked Amit Gupta, AEE And JE for listening to the issues regarding developmental works whether it was lanes, drains or roads and for ensuring them that all the pending developmental work of the ward will be completed soon.
Rajiv Gupta, Shashi Kumar Mantu, Sunny, Rinku Kumar, Anu Kumar, Shammi Kumar and others were also present on the occasion. |
