Injustice, discrimination with Jammu needs to end: Sunita Arora
7/5/2021 11:21:31 PM

EArly Times Report

Jammu, July 5: Social activist and journalist Sunita Arora on Monday demanded that injustice and discrimination with Jammu should end fortwith, and emphasized on the need to empower youth.
Talking to Early Times Arora said, “Jammu had given 25 seats to the BJP Centre but people of Jammu have been left in lurch.”
She said, “It’s unfortunate that a notion is being created that the local BJP leaders are not being heard. If they are not being heard they should give people of Jammu a chance to reach out to the helmsmen to put across their point but whenever we try to make an attempt to meet the people in power we are denied appointment.”
She said, “Future of Jammu depends upon our youth and they need to be provided with ample opportunities to build their future. If the government fails to secure their future it will be a big loss for us. We don’t want our youth to remain unemployed and become drug addicts.”
Arora said that even if Jammu is turned into a separate state it would not make much difference till the youth are groomed as they are the ones who will have to run Jammu.
