RAMBAN, Aug 28: Ashok Kumar, Former MLA from Ramban has expressed serious concern over the demolished (inauguration name plates of the developmental works done under Congress coalition government 2008-2014) at Maitra District Headquater road, Karol degree college road and Steel bridge connecting Chanderkote with Siraj belt. In a statement issued here he said despite several notices to the concerned R&B department no action has been initiated to re-install the government property." Ashok further said that the inauguration plates of the developmental works with estimated cost of crores of rupees were constructed with honesty and transparency during the Congress coalition government in Ramban are being totally abolished. It is not a good sign of democracy. Government must take concrete action against the violators of the government property. Ashok has further stressed upon the Lieutenant Governor to direct the concerned department to immediately re-install the damaged inauguration plates of developmental works. |
