Ex MLA listens to public grievances

JAMMU, Sept 3: During the weekly routine sittings of Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) at District BJP headquarters, Kachi Chawni numerous deputations called upon him and sought his immediate intervention in solving their grievances. District President Munish Khajuria, District General Secretaries Rajesh Gupta & Karan Sharma and Mandal Presidents Raveesh Mengi & Keshav Chopra, Office Secretaries Jai Singh Chib & Raman Sharma also accompanied the BJP leader.
Deputations hailing from various wards of Janipur and Talab Tillo and from other areas highlighted their problems in front of the Former MLA. Also a deputation of Birpur Small Scale Industries Association also met the BJP leader and highlighted their problems.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that a fruitful discussion was held with the people who have brought some issues into his notice that require immediate attention. He said the Industrial Association of Birpur Small scale industries have raised the issue of power problem in their units and have asked for a new setup so that the industries do not suffer as there have been frequent power cuts and many deputations from other wards of Jammu West also highlighted the same problem for which the grievance has been passed to MD of Power Department who has assured that the problems will be resolved as soon as possible.
He stated that some people have also demanded for taking up developmental works in their areas including construction of lanes and roads for which concerned officials have been notified. Several other deputations of Kashmiri Pandits and women also met the BJP leader.
