JAMMU, Sept 29: Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Mahanpur, Maleeka Sharma has convicted Dharminder Singh S/o Sajan Singh a resident of Jawala Housing Colony Chatha Mill Satwari, Jammu under section 279,337,338 and 304-A RPC for causing death by doing rash and negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide.
As per the history of the case, on 31-10-2013 police station Basohli received information that a bus JK-02Y 0597 driven by driver Dharminder while driving from Delhi to Billawar when reached at Peru Nallah, Mahanpur at about 8:30 lost control and caused accident. Due to this one Rahul Kumar aged eight years died on the spot and 28 other passengers received injuries. On this FIR No 54/2013 lodged at Police Station Basholi. |
