| BGSBU holds Covid-19 testing camp | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 29: A COVID-19 testing camp was organized at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri in coordination with the district administration. The camp was organized in the university health centre for the teaching and non teaching staff of the university.
Around 150 persons participated in the said drive after following the proper Covid-19 protocol. All the samples were turned out to be negative. Those who were tested today included Vice Chancellor BGSBU Prof. Akbar Masood, senior functionaries, teachers, officers and members of non teaching staff of the university.
Vice Chancellor BGSBU said that the university has taken a lead in past several months in organizing Covid-19 testing camps in the campus and advised all the stakeholders to take all precautions and strictly observe Covid appropriate behavior (CAB). He said that such camps would be organized regularly in future as well to avoid the risk of infection.
The Vice Chancellor applauded the efforts of the Dean of Students Prof. GM Malik, Associate Dean of Students Dr. Parvez Abdullah, Staff from district administration and staff of the University health centre for organizing the testing camp. |
