| Bharat Scouts & Guides delegation calls on DDC Chairman | | | 
EARLY TIMES REPORT
UDHAMPUR, Oct 2: A delegation of Bharat Scouts & Guides (BS&G) Udhampur led by DOC BS&G, Rakesh Singh met with Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Udhampur, Lal Chand on the direction of District Secretary-cum-DTC, Balwan Singh to discuss various issues related to environmental problems, Covid -19 after effects. Rakesh Singh while interacting with Lal Chand apprised him of various interventions started by Scouts and Guides Units of various schools of Udhampur district which included Swachhata Pakhwada and mass Covid-19 awareness campaign. Delegation also urged District administration through DDC Chairman to extend full administrative support to various members of BS&G to work for the upliftment of society. Vivek Gupta DHQ explained in detail about various achievements of scouts in previous two years of district Udhampur which included best district award for their work during Covid-19 pandemic under the supervision of District Secretary-cum-DTC, Balwan Singh.
Lal Chand listened to the delegation patiently and assured full support to BS&G Udhampur for their works.
