| CIIIT certificate distribution programme organized at Govt Polytechnic | | |

Jammu, Oct 1: Government Polytechnic Jammu organised a certificate distribution and felicitation programme today at its “Center for Invention, Innovation, Incubation and Training (CIIIT)". The programme was organized through virtual mode and in person participation wherein Dr. Asgar Hasssan Samoon (IAS), Principal Secretary to Government, Skill Development Department, J&K was the Chief Guest and Sudershan Kumar (KAS) Director Skill Development Department, J&K was the Guest of Honour. The programme was organized under the able guidance and supervision of the Principal of Government Polytechnic Jammu,
Er. Ritu Jamwal.
During the fecilitation programme, Interactive sessions were conducted and certificates were distributed to the students of first batch of (CIIIT), Government Polytechnic Jammu who have successfully completed their training in ‘Mechatronics and IoT’ course. An online interaction was also made with 17 girl students who received scholarship of Rs.50,000/- under PRAGATI scheme. One physically abled student who received scholarship under SAKSHAM scheme and other students under minority categories who received post-matric scholarships were also fecilitated.
Sh.Sudershan Kumar (KAS) Director Skill Development Department, J&K applauded the Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu for her efforts to enrol 200 students of IIT Jammu in various courses offered by CIIIT Jammu.
The Principal Secretary to Government, Skill Development Department, J&K congratulated the Director Skill Development Department, J&K and the Principal, Government Polytechnic Jammu for conducting training course at CIIIT Jammu successfully and also wished that the students from various trades should be the part of CIIIT courses so that they might be aware of the modern Egnineering tools and as such providing them access to gain insights into Industry 4.0 and other hi-tech technologies. |
