| Public grievance redressal camp under ‘Good Governance week’ held at Maira Mandrian | | |

AKHNOOR, Dec 22: In connection with “Good Governance Week” a public grievance camp to provide various revenue services on spot and for redressal of various public grievances was organized in Panchayat Gharatal of Tehsil Maira Mandrian. The programme was presided over by Tehsildar Maira Mandrian Mamta Sudershan.
During the camp various revenue services including RBA, OBC, Income, EWS Certificate etc were provided to the people on the spot by the officials. As per the details available seven RBA certificates, one OBC Certificate, five Income Certificates and one EWS Certificate were provided to the beneficiaries.
People of Nore and Jakh apprised the Tehsildar that the people residing in the area are without drinking water from the last many days. Mamta Sudershan Tehsildar Maira Mandrian reached Nore and Jakh to assess the ground situation and reported the matter to the SDM Akhnoor and Chowki Choura for its redressal. She also raised the matter with officials of the concerned department to get the grievance of people resolved at earliest.
