It is very unfortunate and disturbing that everything is politicized by the selfish and cunning politicians of India. This is perhaps done to score brownie points and for vote bank politics .It is the irony that this time the political parties of Kashmir are politicizing the important issue of the real estate investment and this will cause a big loss to Jammu and Kashmir. The Kashmir centric political parties and political bosses are adept in politicizing each and every issue to remain in the limelight and same is the case with the important issue of the real estate policy and investment. The political leaders of Kashmir are fuming over the much needed real estate policy and consequent investment. The common masses of Jammu and Kashmir are in favor of the real estate policy and investment as they want development and employment which will be made possible with the real estate investment. The real estate policy and investment is in the interest of the People of the union territory and so no politics should be resorted to over the real estate investment. It is great irony that the political leaders of Kashmir are every time opposing the progressive steps of the union territory administration and thus they are bent on causing loss to the people of Jammu and Kashmir as these self styled leaders are working against the interests of people of the union territory. The people of the UT are seasoned and mature enough to see the game plan of these leaders and they will not fall prey to their political machinations and their cunningness. These politicians are bent on taking the UT towards backwardness and underdevelopment and in doing this they feel satisfied and this is the tragedy and so this should not happen. But the reality is that the Kashmir centric political leaders do not lose any opportunity to criticize and oppose anything which will lead to development of the Jammu and Kashmir. Thus are the political leaders of Kashmir up in arms against the people friendly and development oriented real estate policy. The real estate policy will usher economic development of the Jammu and Kashmir. The real estate policy has been announced by the LG of the union territory the other day while inaugurating the first real estate policy in the conference hall of the convention center. On this occasion thirty nine memorandum of understanding MOUs have been linked with the investors and it has become now practical that the private investors will come and invest in Jammu and Kashmir and it will open flood gates of investment and it will definitely give boost to the economic and industrial activities in the UT. Therefore no political party should have any reservations so for as the real estate investment is concerned. Now the route has been cleared for the private investment in Jammu and Kashmir. The real estate policy is a historical development for the people and the union territory and it is for the first time that the real estate policy has been framed and announced for the benefit of the Jammu and Kashmir. The real estate policy will transform the economy of the UT and as such nobody should have reservation on this account. The private investors will now come and invest in different sectors of our economy. Thus the real estate investment will lead to the industrial and economic development .The youth of the UT will now have enough chances of the employment and they will not be forced to go outside for the greener pastures as they will get employment in Jammu and Kashmir .The Kashmir based regional political parties of NC, PDP, Apni Party, Peoples conference, PDF etc are raising against the real estate policy. Unfortunately they are smelling the fragrance of so called demographic change in this development initiative and they are fuming and fumbling over this historical step of the UT administration. These political parties and their leaders are inciting the gullible people of Jammu and Kashmir against this sagacious move of the UT administration. The bogy of so called demographic change is raised over this important development while the fact is that since august 5, 2019 no demographic change has taken place after the annulling the controversial article 370 and 35A. No wholesale demographic change will take place with the real estate policy and investment though some corporate houses of India will come to invest in Jammu and Kashmir and this will lead to the development of Jammu and Kashmir .But the political leaders of Kashmir smell rat in this important issue and it is very disgusting and instead of finding fault with the real estate policy the politicians of Kashmir should cooperate with the UT administration so that the industrial and economic development will become possible for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Therefore there is no logic for the criticism and opposition to the real estate policy and investment by the Kashmir based political leaders. Thus instead of opposing the real estate policy on the false grounds of so called demographic change these political leaders should provide a helping hand to the LG administration so that the dream of prosperous Jammu and Kashmir will become possible. So no political party and political leader should blindly oppose the real estate policy for the vote bank politics. The fact of the matter is that after the abrogation of article 370 and article 35A Jammu and Kashmir has become an integral and inseparable part of India and any one can purchase land and property and settle in Jammu and Kashmir and so there is no logic in the opposition of the real estate policy by the political leaders. These politicians are raising the false bogy of the population change by the real estate policy but this has no basis at all .Some politicians allege that the real estate policy is the backdoor way to settle the Indian citizens in Jammu and Kashmir to alter the ratio of population in Jammu and Kashmir but it is far from reality .However the fact is that by virtue of the real estate policy huge investments will follow in Jammu and Kashmir and the UT will develop and prosper as economic and industrial development will become a reality .Huge capital and investment will come to Jammu and Kashmir through real estate investment and the real estate policy is a welcome development and all should cooperate with the LG administration so that Jammu and Kashmir will shine as the crown of India. The people of Jammu and Kashmir should expose the selfish politicians of the UT so that they will not be successful in creating hatred between the two regions of Jammu and Kashmir and between the communities. Unnecessarily much noise has been created by the Kashmir centric political parties over the important issue of the real estate policy for their own survival and thus disregarding the interests of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. The common man wants employment ,jobs and development and they are least interested in raising so called alarm of demographic change by the politicians .The constitution of India says that anyone can purchase land and property anywhere in India and can move and settle in any part of the country and then if some investors will invest and settle in Jammu and Kashmir, no political party should have reservation in this regard. Thus instead of opposing this welcome development of the real estate policy ,the political parties and the politicians should support and cooperate with the UT administration so that new Jammu and Kashmir will become a reality and this will be possible only when huge investments will flow in Jammu and Kashmir and this will become a reality when the private investments will come into the economy of Jammu and Kashmir and this will become a practical thing only through investments. Thus real estate investment is the sure way to progress and prosperity of the union territory. The political parties and politicians of Jammu and Kashmir read Kashmir should not raise hue and cry over this important issue rather they should cooperate with the UT administration so that the development of Jammu and Kashmir will become possible in shortest time so that it will be transformed into a developed union territory. The real estate policy should not be politicized for the good of the Union Territory.
