| JMC imparts e-Office training to its officers | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 10: To take a step forward in bringing transparency, more efficiency and quick disposal of routine official work on daily basis, JMC today imparted e-office training to the Officers of the Jammu Municipal Corporation by the experts wherein they showed the importance of e-office in the present scenario as different Govt. offices are being switching over to e-office. This training will certainly help in bringing transparency, more efficiency and quick disposal in day to day routine official work. The Commissioner, JMC stated that by switching over to e-office the work culture will be improved a lot and the office will become paperless and things will be disposed off quickly and effectively. During the course of training she impressed upon all the Officers of JMC to take keen interest e-office training so that the same can be implemented in letter and spirit and routine official work could be disposed off in a better way and also to save govt. exchequer by saving papers. She further added today's era is an era of online things and by switching over to e-office JMC will certainly dispose off the things more effectively and citizens will be provided services at their door steps. JMC is set to implement all its work 100% on e-office. |
