Early Times Report

Budgam, Mar 13: Apni Party leader, Er Nazir Yatoo, on Sunday said that people are fed up with local administration.
In a statement here Er Yatoo said, “I visited several areas of Charar-Sharief constituency and met people in Dalwana, Nagam Takiya, Zinpanchal, and Charari-Sharief town.”
He said that residents of Laway Pora Rather Mohalla Dalwan have been totally ignored by the present administration. “People are paying Rs 750 per month as power tariff but no electricity is available as per schedule and also the impure and unhygienic water is supplied to people in Dalwan which has led to breaking out of water borne diseases. The roads are in a pathetic condition.”
“Residents of Takya Nagam and Shah Mohala are drinking contaminated water which has led to them developing infections,” Er Yatoo said.
He said that people informed him that they have visited the office of PHE Chadoora on many occasions but their pleas have fallen on deaf ears.
Er Yatoo said, “Local administration has proved to be a big failure. If the genuine grievances of people are not resolved they will be compelled to hit the streets.”
