APHQ donates ceiling fans, printer to GGHS Gandhi Nagar

JAMMU, Mar 14: On the guidance of Addl. Director General of Police Armed J&K S.J.M Gillani, the officers and officials of Armed Police Headquarters J&K Jammu led by SSP Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K Jammu Mahmood Ahmad contributed ceiling fans and printer to Government Girls High School (GGHS) Gandhi Nagar Jammu today as a goodwill gesture.

Nissar Ahmad, I/c Research & Development APHQ J&K SI Krishan Saroop Rathore PA to Staff Officer ASI Satesh Bansi Koul presented the items to Headmaster of the School Ganesh Khajuria today in presence of staff and students of the school in a simple but impressive ceremony held in the lawns of the school.
While speaking on the occasion, SSP Mahmood Ahmad said that Armed Police Headquarters J&K was highly impressed with the discipline, patriotic spirit and coordination of the staff and students of the school demonstrated by them under the noble guidance of school Headmaster Ganesh Khajuria during the event “Shaheedon Ko Naman” organized by Armed Police Headquarters on March 10 in the premises of said school under Civic Action Programme to pay tribute to martyrs who had sacrificed their precious lives for the integrity and sovereignty of this country.
The school management led by its Headmaster expressed their gratitude and highly appreciated this goodwill gesture of officers and officials of Armed Police Headquarters J&K Jammu for their concern for the children studying in govt schools saying that school children have witnessed happy moments jointly in the school after two long years of pandemic.
