Jammu, Mar 14: The results of the elections for the post of office bearers of Jammu Kashmir Bank Officers Association Jammu held on 11.12.2021, which were kept in abeyance as per the directions of the honorable court, in the suit filed by the AIJKBOO, were declared with the dismissal of the suit by the Honorable Court. The team led by Anil Sharma as President and Sunil Bhau as General Secretary were declared elected in the elections held on 11th of December 2021. Out of the total of fourteen office bearers, this is the first time that representation to all the zones of Jammu province were given at the Secretary level. It will be the first time that JKBOA Jammu unit will be represented by two female office bearers as one post of Secretary was already reserved and another one was won by first timer Ms. Satinder Kour. Pushpraj Nagra declared elected for the post of Secretary Finance. The outgoing General Secretary Arjun Singh Rathore, who didn’t contest the elections this time

Anil Sharma thanked the members of Jammu unit who imposed confidence in his leadership by electing the most suitable team having a well-balanced combination of youth and experience. He assured the members of JKBOA Jammu unit that he along with the whole elected team of office bearers will always remain available to address the issues of whole officer’s fraternity.
Sunil Bhau while congratulating the officers who came in large number to cast their votes, assured that the elected team of office bearers will remain committed to our vision document.
The whole team once again refreshed their commitment of keeping the Security, Stability and Strength as the top most priority while negotiating for the cause of the general membership.
