JAMMU, Jan 17: The students of Humanity Public School (Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana, Samba) brought laurels to the institution by winning one Gold, one Silver & two Bronze medal in 17th National Matsogi-Do Championship 2022 which was held at Manohar Parrikar Stadium, Madgaon, Goa recently. The championship was organized by Matsogi-do Association of Goa in collaboration with Matsogi-Do Federation of India.
In this championship, eight students of the institution participated out of which four got medals. Akriti Charak of third standard clinched the Gold Medal along with a cash prize of Rs.3000/-, while Jatin Bhagat of eighth standard won the Silver Medal along with a cash prize of Rs. 1500/- whereas Prince of ninth standard and Rehan of seventh standard got Bronze Medals.
All the winner students were honoured in the special assembly by the principal of the school Mr. Gaurav Charak & Vice Principal, Anku Charak in presence of the Incharges Akashdeep Raina, Keshavraj Sharma, Parsidh Singh, Ajay Sharma, Namrata Sharma, Vandana Sharma, Mahan Singh and all the staff members. The principal along with the vice principal lauded the coach Nikhil Jaral for his relentless efforts. He also wished them good luck for the future and hoped to fetch more gold medals. |
