Jammu, Jan 31: The J&K and Ladakh High Court on Thursday ordered a major reshuffle in subordinate judiciary in the interest of administration.
Y.P. Bourney, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
M.K. Sharma, Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, is repatriated from deputation and his services are placed at the disposal of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
Haq Nawaz Zargar, Registrar Vigilance, is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur, vice Y.P. Bourney.
Rajinder Saproo, 2nd Addl. District Judge, Jammu, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
